The Shared Adventures Collection is an anthology of stories, told through paint, of adventures from throughout New Zealand, shared by fellow kiwis who love to explore, view the sights, and tell stories. We are adventurers. We feel most alive when we chase waterfalls, beaches, rivers, and lakes. We climb mountains, watch birds, hop over rocks, discover new places, or sometimes even visit one of those insta-famous spots.

Here’s what she had to say about it:
“It was a trip to Dickey Flat in 2015. We went camping and found so many beautiful quiet swim holes. It’s one of my favourite places to go - its so beautiful and the water is freeeezing!! I took that photo heading towards the cave to a popular swim spot but we used to go a little further into the bush and there was an absolute beauty of a spot that no one ever goes to.”
I’ve now added Dickey Flat to my list of places I want to explore! Anita’s adventure sounds so serene and quiet.
